“I am so grateful to Cait”

The end of March 2017 I was sent some photos of a litter that had just been born. They were tiny and beautiful. I asked their breeder which one she would keep and was surprised that my favorite was not the one she had chosen. I expressed my interest in my favorite but explained being in the UK, it was almost impossible for me to have this beautiful pup. From that day on and after many discussions Cait put my mind at rest and told me 'we can make this work' I was so worried about the whole process, the flights, the extra vet visits but most of all the effect the traveling would have in this beautiful puppy. Knowing the first 16 weeks of a puppies life is extremely important and can have a lasting effect on the dog as an adult I questioned myself if this was right for this pup. Every question or concern I had I put to Cait who totally put my mind at ease. Cait arranged everything from the word go. She sent photos at the airport copies of invoices and any reference numbers I would need. I still couldn't rest and worried the whole time about the effect this would have on this pup. Once I arrived at the airport and I knew she was safely on the ground in the UK I felt so relieved. I waited for a phone call to tell me she was ready and went to meet my new little girl for the first time. As soon as she came through the door my heart melted. She was tiny and so beautiful. I took her home stopping half way for a toilet break. She was perfect. She had travelled so well and I put this down to the way Cait had cared for her for the first 16 weeks of her life. I introduced her to our other family members including my 4 dogs and she took it in her stride as if she had always been here. I am so grateful to Cait for giving me the opportunity to add Asami to my family. She is well balanced with a loving temperament. Cait has been great to work with and I would recommend her to anyone who would be interested in adding a new member to their family.
